In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible.
We guarantee our products against any kind of manufacturing defect, however, our responsibility is limited to those items recognized as faulty by ourselves. If your product should develop such a fault within 28 days of purchase we will repair it, or exchange it for an equivalent product if available. Contact us as soon as you find a defect with your item and we will then issue you a returns number so that we can track it. We will refund any shipping charges incurred in an authorized return of faulty merchandise.
